Hell, some of us are even more obsessed with Rainbow Monkeys than Numbuh 3 herself (and she is a die-hard Rainbow Monkey fanatic). The show made it seem like being an adult was a serious, no-fun role that hated ‘childish things’.ĭude, look at adults today! We’re practically more kids at heart than any of these “adult hating’ kid characters. No matter how exaggerated they made “adult stuff” look in the show, it was always a great watch and NEVER boring. Kids Next Door was a huge part of Cartoon Network awesomeness. Or especially taking on The Delightful Children From Down the Lane, who are lead by their parental figure and boss, the dreaded Father. Numbuh 1 and his team of 10-year-old agents are part of a kids-only organization that fight the world of adult tyranny.
No matter what rules the adults enforce, the Kids Next Door come out to ‘play’.
